Cate Agnew, MAI, CRE, FRICS, currently serves as a Managing Director in Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Pasadena, California, office and is a member of the Data Centers & Life Science Specialty Practice. In this role, Agnew oversees quality assurance protocols, enhances best practices, and reviews appraisals to ensure that every data center deliverable meets the highest technical standards.
A former Chief Review Appraiser for Natixis CIB and U.S. Bank, Agnew has held senior real estate risk and advisory roles at both debt and equity firms, including TIAA and Cornerstone. Her career spans more than 30 years and encompasses the entire real estate life cycle, including U.S. and international properties.
