Carly Sutton is a Global Program Manager with over six years of experience providing professional services in the commercial real estate, design, and construction industries. She is fully versed in all phases of the design and construction process, including extensive involvement in location strategy, project team sourcing, contract, and controls development, compliance/cost audits, construction administration, and technical coordination of a broad range of commercial and institutional projects.
Ms. Sutton has managed and/or provided advisory services for over two million square feet of commercial, manufacturing, and healthcare facilities. Her extensive involvement in creating operational efficiencies and reducing operational costs and business risks of a broad range and scale of commercial and institutional projects has benefited clients across multiple industries and market segments.
Ms. Sutton currently oversees the Project Management Office Program, (PMO) for Industrious Office, a premium workplace platform and coworking solution provider, where she is responsible for their rapid nationwide office expansion, totaling approximately 1,000,000 square feet. She also manages the PMO for Hillrom, a global healthcare equipment manufacturer with a portfolio of over 7 million square feet of commercial and manufacturing facilities worldwide.
Prior to this, Ms. Sutton worked in Newmark’s retail brokerage division, overseeing the execution of large commercial real estate transactions, from pitch through deal close, in tenant and agency representation. She led creative, mapping, and administrative teams to create client deliverables, as well as collaborating with outside developers on the creation, implementation, and staff training of an innovative market research database tool.
