Carl Fiebig is an Executive Managing Director in Newmark’s Philadelphia office and co-leads the firm’s multifamily investment sales team across the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area. With more than a decade of experience and over $15 billion in multifamily transactions, he has been involved in the sale of more than 50,000 multifamily units.
Fiebig advises owners and developers on the sale and capitalization of high-profile transactions, including the largest single-asset sale in Philadelphia history. He is recognized as a leading commercial real estate broker in the region, earning numerous CoStar Power Broker awards.
Prior to joining Newmark, Fiebig was a member of JLL Capital Markets following its acquisition of HFF, where he began his tenure in December 2013. He started his career at Marcus & Millichap in 2012 and helped open HFF’s Philadelphia office.
