Cameron J. Palmer, MAI, AI-GRS, joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2021 and currently serves as an Executive Vice President in the firm’s Phoenix, Arizona office.
Cameron specializes in the Arizona multifamily market, appraising over $1B in multifamily assets annually. He also advises clients on ad valorem valuations, site acquisition and development consultations, highest and best use studies, feasibility and marketability analyses, and redevelopment/alternative use studies.
Cameron joined Newmark after serving as a Vice President for six years with CBRE, where he was a top producer and helped lead the Arizona multifamily valuation team, performing assignments and consulting services on multifamily properties for private investors, community banks and credit unions, regional and national banks, life insurance companies, national government agencies, local government and municipal organizations, various capital markets and mortgage broker groups, and other clients.
