Brody O’Keefe joined Newmark in 2016 as a Director in the firm’s Seattle office, where he focuses on office leasing and sales in the Seattle-Bellevue areas. O’Keefe’s background in finance, real estate development, and lease analysis has assisted in consulting local & global clients through the region’s evolving market. He brings to the firm nearly 15 years of experience empowering clients to achieve their workplace and investment goals.
O’Keefe earned a degree in finance from Santa Clara University while spending summers at home in Seattle leasing apartments and office space. Prior to Newmark, O’Keefe started his career at CBRE in research then later as an Associate, where he was CBRE’s Rookie of the Year for the Puget Sound region.
