Brian D. Knowles serves as a Valuation Associate in the Overland Park, Kansas, office of Newmark Valuation & Advisory. Knowles has expertise in the valuation of numerous types of commercial properties, including petroleum marketing facilities, car washes, restaurants and quick lube properties. He joined Newmark upon its 2020 acquisition of Hopkins Appraisal, where he had been an associate for more than eight years.
Education
Knowles earned a Master of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, project management, from DeVry University, Kansas City. More recently, he has successfully completed numerous real estate-related courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute.
