Brandon Rossotti is a Vice President on Newmark’s Occupier Services team, where he partners with global and national occupiers to support complex, multi-market real estate decisions across their portfolios. He works with senior corporate stakeholders to help them evaluate portfolio change, align internal priorities, and move from strategy to execution with confidence.
Rossotti is typically engaged when organizations are facing moments of change, whether that is reshaping their footprint, evaluating locations, managing large lease events, or rethinking how their real estate supports business growth, cost, and talent. He helps clients bring structure to ambiguity by framing the right questions, comparing viable paths forward, and clarifying the financial and operational trade-offs behind each option.
Working across Newmark’s brokerage, transaction management, workplace, and advisory teams, Rossotti leads front-end solutioning for large enterprise opportunities. He translates client objectives into coordinated, executable strategies, ensuring the scope, governance, and delivery model are aligned before significant time and capital are committed.
A core focus of Brandon’s work is helping organizations operate more effectively across markets and service lines. By creating shared visibility into priorities, risks, and decisions, he helps occupiers reduce friction between strategy and execution and maintain momentum as programs move from planning into delivery.
Prior to joining Newmark, Rossotti advised enterprise occupiers at Savills, Cushman & Wakefield, and CBRE, working with executive leadership teams on major portfolio initiatives and global real estate strategies across diverse industries and geographies.
Education
Rossotti received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of the District of Columbia.
