Brandon Lee currently serves as a Vice President in Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s New York, New York office. Lee possesses extensive expertise in appraising Multifamily and Mixed-use assets. Multifamily properties encompass cooperatives, both existing and proposed condominium and rental projects, development sites, air rights, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
Lee came to Newmark after serving as a Director for 12 years at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., where he oversaw valuation and consulting projects across all five boroughs of New York City and the tri-state region. Prior to his time at Cushman & Wakefield, Lee was an appraiser with Colliers International. Before beginning his career in valuation, Lee was a workplace strategy consultant at an international design firm based out of Washington, D.C.

Education
Lee earned his bachelor’s degree in Design and Environmental Analysis, with a concentration in Facility Planning and Management, from Cornell University. Lee also attended the Schack Institute at New York University and earned an Advanced Certificate in Real Estate.
