Ben Goldstein serves as an Associate Director on Executive Vice President and Managing Director James Ritman’s team at Newmark. Ben primarily focuses on tenant representation on a local, national and global level. Additionally, he currently represents over 1.25M square feet on behalf of prominent landlords throughout New York and Connecticut.
In 2021, Ben was named one of Newmark’s National Rising Stars as a result of completing 97 transactions spanning 1.56M square feet in 8 states and 14 countries with an aggregate transactional value of $449M.

Education
Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut and completed an international business and economics program in Siena, Italy. At UConn, he was named the Real Estate Student of the Year, as the top student within his graduating class. While at UConn, he was also recognized as a National Scholar and won the prestigious John Hart Award from the ICSC.
