Ben Goldstein serves as a Managing Director, on market leader, James Ritman’s team, primarily focused on tenant representation. He is also a member of various office leasing agency teams, currently advising landlords on 1.25M square feet throughout New York and Connecticut.
In 2021, Goldstein was named one of Newmark’s National Rising Stars for completing 97 transactions spanning 1.56M square feet. These transactions accounted for $449M in aggregate transactional value primarily within Greenwich/Stamford, CT and New York City in addition to various other markets throughout North America and Europe.

Education
Goldstein earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut and completed an international business and economics program in Siena, Italy. At UConn, he was named the Real Estate Student of the Year, as the top student within his graduating class. While at UConn, he was also recognized as a National Scholar and won the prestigious John Hart Award from the ICSC.
