Nick Garlick is a Chicago-based real estate professional at Newmark specializing in landlord leasing and tenant representation. Mr. Garlick grew up in the Western Suburb of Wheaton. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Property Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout, where he also played baseball for 4 years.
