Ashton Sparks currently serves as a First Vice President in Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Kansas City, Missouri office. Since 2017, Sparks’ appraisal experience includes many property types including self-storage, veterinary clinics, mobile home parks, convenience stores, car washes, medical/office buildings, funeral homes, residential subdivisions, mixed use, industrial facilities, and vacant land.
Sparks came to Newmark after serving as a Senior Valuation Assoicate for CBRE for over 7 years. Prior to her time at CBRE, she was a GIS Analyst at Black & Veatch.
Education
Sparks earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Kansas. Sparks had four publications during her time at KU studying sediment transport pathways across a Holocene reef sand apron in Kiribati.
