Ash Pajoohi is Senior Managing Director, Portfolio Strategy Lead in the Global Strategy consulting practice of Newmark’s Global Corporate Services (GCS). He works with clients to optimize portfolio strategy and advance workplace models to reduce costs, improve performance, and enhance attraction and retention of talent.
A real estate professional with a strong background in finance and due diligence, Pajoohi is cost-driven and results-oriented. He has underwritten over $5 billion in real estate transactions and created annual savings in excess of $450 million for his clients. A proven leader, Pajoohi is recognized for being innovative and highly skilled at building integrated solutions to extract value from real estate, create efficiencies, build resiliency and tailor environments where employees want to come to work, participate and perform.
Prior to joining Newmark in early 2022, Pajoohi served as Managing Director of Portfolio Strategy and Consulting at Cresa, where he streamlined service delivery across a suite of services, and enhanced reporting transparency and tracking of performance benchmarks for client portfolios. Previously, he was Senior Vice President at Colliers. Pajoohi also served as Director of Portfolio Strategy at CBRE.
