Artem Malikov is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Advisory, based in Dubai. With a strong background in financial analysis, development strategy and feasibility studies, Malikov has advised clients across major markets in the GCC, with a focus on large-scale, mixed-use real estate development.
Malikov has experience in conducting highest and best use studies, preparing complex financial models and consolidating business plans for real estate portfolios in Saudi Arabia. He is actively involved in advising both public and private sector clients on funding structuring, development delivery strategies, and investment feasibility.
Prior to joining Newmark, Malikov was part of Deloitte Middle East’s Real Estate Development practice, where he delivered strategic development advice and financial solutions for landmark projects in the region. Earlier, he served as a Senior Consultant in Real Estate Advisory at Kept (formerly KPMG CIS), supervising valuation projects and conducting in-depth market benchmarking. His career began with internships at EY and Unilever, where he gained a solid foundation in financial reporting, and business analytics.
