Art Ross joined Newmark in 2015 as a senior managing director in the company’s Hartford, Connecticut, office specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties throughout the Northeast. Since joining Newmark, he has focused on growing the industrial service line in New England, targeting southern New England and New York. As a tenant representative, landlord representative and sales agent, Art has completed more than 6.5 million square feet in industrial transactions for the firm.
Prior to joining Newmark, Art was vice president and a partner at Hart Corporation, one of the nation’s leading real estate firms for industrial facilities in non-metropolitan areas. During his 26-year career with Hart, he was responsible for its real estate services in New England and New York.

- MS York LLC: Leased 725,531 SF at 200 Westinghouse Road, Horseheads, NY and later sold the 800,000 SF property
