Since joining Newmark’s consulting team, Ms. Tucker has managed numerous full service projects, whose scopes included design, construction, procurement and relocation management. More recently, Ms. Tucker has been successful in applying her comprehensive workplace strategies and master planning expertise to assist clients with their capital asset planning. By conducting strategic facilities and operations assessments for companies such as the KeySpan Corporation and Energy Solutions, Ms. Tucker has been able to show clients significant savings in operating costs by realigning their corporate facilities and other capital assets with their business objectives.
Ms. Tucker began her career as a space planner and interior designer in 1988. Her knowledge of national and local building codes, construction management and documentation, combined with her ability to create innovative solutions for business environments, provides clients with a unique advantage in the strategic planning and workplace design process.
In addition, Ms. Tucker is a NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer and a professional member of the International Interior Design Association. She was also among the first group of interior designers to be registered with the State of Georgia.
Ms. Tucker has managed projects and provided workplace strategies consulting for a diverse client base, including: Georgia Power, DoubleClick, KeySpan Corporation, Primedia, Allied Domecq Quick Service Restaurants, Aspen Technology, Energy Solutions, Assurant Group, Tenet Healthcare, LaFarge Corporation, Peoples Energy, Precision Valve, Alstom Power, Qosina and Manhattan Associates.
Education
Ms. Tucker has an Interior Design degree from the University of Tennessee’s College of Architecture & Design. She has completed additional interior design studies at Louisiana State University’s School of Art and Architecture.
