Angelo Brutico began his real estate career at Newmark in 2019 and is currently an investment sales advisor with Newmark’s Capital Markets Group. Brutico specializes in the dispositions of net lease, office, and industrial single assets and portfolios in the Greater Philadelphia Region, New Jersey, and Delaware. Brutico and his team originate and execute approximately $500MM in transaction volume on an annual basis with an average deal size of approximately $20MM. Brutico’s deep analytical background, extensive market expertise, and strong relationships with active participants on both the buy and sell side, drives his success in strategizing creative solutions yielding maximum proceeds for his clients.
Brutico’s clients primarily include public and private REITs, institutional equity funds, foreign capital, high net worth family offices, investment financial advisors, owner-operator companies, private GP-LP partnerships, developers, equity syndicates, special servicers, and bankruptcy trustees.
Before joining Newmark’s Capital Markets Group, Brutico served for two years as a Research Analyst in Newmark’s Research division. In 2019, Angelo co-authored Under the Microscope, a comprehensive annual report spotlighting the life sciences real estate market across the Greater Philadelphia Region. He played a pivotal role in the creation of this report, which marked Newmark’s inaugural publication of its kind for the Greater Philadelphia market.
Education
Brutico holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Dickinson College and further expanded his expertise by studying International Business and European Studies at the Università di Bologna in Bologna, Italy. A lifelong resident of Philadelphia’s Main Line suburbs, Angelo is also a proud alumnus of The Haverford School.
