Andy Kaiser joined Newmark in 2025 and currently holds the position of Senior Associate at the company’s San Diego office. He specializes in advising owners, developers, and investors on multifamily investment sales.
Kaiser is recognized for his analytical discipline and ability to navigate complex deal structures, drawing on experience across brokerage, institutional ownership, and capital markets. This perspective enables him to anticipate buyer and seller considerations and guide clients through execution across private client, middle-market, and development-oriented multifamily opportunities.
Before joining Newmark, Kaiser built a full-cycle foundation across investment sales, institutional operations, and capital markets. He began his career executing multifamily transactions at Matthews before joining Greystar, where he supported acquisitions and operations across a $12B+ national multifamily portfolio. Most recently, Kaiser played a key role at Fident Capital, executing $250MM+ in structured debt and equity placements and advising prominent developers on capital strategy for multifamily projects across Southern California.

Kaiser graduated from the University of Alabama with dual bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Finance before earning a Master of Science in Finance, specializing in Real Estate, from the University of Alabama’s Manderson Graduate School of Business.
