Andrew Totaro is a vice president and appraiser in the Pasadena office of Newmark Valuation & Advisory, which primarily covers Southern California. A seven-year valuation expert, Mr. Totaro has performed valuation and consulting assignments for a wide range of existing and proposed properties, including commercial, retail, industrial, vacant land and special purpose properties. He accounts much of the firm’s self storage specialty valuation practice and has appraised more than 300 existing and proposed self storage facilities nationwide throughout his career.
Mr. Totaro joined Newmark in 2018, when the firm acquired the Pasadena office of Integra Realty Resources. At the time of the acquisition, he had been serving as a senior analyst for five years. In addition to performing complex valuation and consulting assignments, Mr. Totaro played a crucial role in completing large multi-property self storage portfolio valuation assignments for REIT operators.
