Andrew Thurman is a Director in Newmark’s Atlanta office, specializing in industrial leasing with a focus on both landlord and tenant representation. He works closely with owners, investors, and occupiers to develop and execute strategic leasing solutions across the industrial sector.
Prior to joining Newmark in 2025, Thurman held roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Wilson Hull & Neal. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys playing golf and volunteers as a youth baseball coach at Buckhead Baseball.
