Andrew Crites is a director in Newmark’s Dallas office, where he focuses on new business development, account management and real estate consulting services. His comprehensive market knowledge and industry expertise are augmented by his diligent and communicative service delivery, which allows him to deliver strategic and thoughtful solutions to his clients.
Known best for his ability to assist his clients with their facility needs, Andrew provides current and alternative building evaluations, performs financial analysis and negotiates financial terms and concessions, which allow his clients to make informed real estate decisions and achieve the most aggressive lease economics possible.
Andrew joined Newmark in 2018, when the firm acquired acclaimed tenant representation firm Jackson Cooksey. He began his tenure at Jackson Cooksey in 2011.
