Andrew Blaustein serves as a Executive Managing Director at Newmark and is a tenant representation specialist with a focus on office users. He is a part of the leadership team spearheading Newmark’s Technology & Innovation Practice Group, a group of specialized advisors focused on the Technology, Advertising, Media and Information (TAMI)/Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) sector providing global connectivity to our clients.

Blaustein’s experience includes analysis of space needs, site selection, incentive packages, relocation, renewal, expansion, renegotiation, right sizing, disposition and acquisition. He serves local, regional and global clientele within the technology, legal, energy and professional services.
