Alisa Belew joined Newmark in 2010 and as Director she specializes in the leasing and sale of commercial properties in Marin and Sonoma counties. She is a dedicated real estate agent with a proven record of producing results for her clients.
Ms. Belew’s long-standing relationships with institutional and private clients are built on collaborative interactions to produce optimal results for her clients. She has represented numerous buyers, sellers, lessees and lessors in sale and lease transactions throughout her career.
Alisa specializes in advising clients through the real estate transaction process including marketing, outreach, contract negotiations, due diligence oversight, and execution during the closing process. She keeps her finger on the pulse of the market and shares information to assist in important decisions her clients make.
She creates, through her extensive network, opportunities for new business with a strong referral business and anticipating clients’ needs. Her ability to find the right solution for all involved is a result of her versatility, experience and superb communications skills.
Ms. Belew is a Marin County and enjoys traveling, teaching Irish dance, and spending time with her family. Ms. Belew was a Newmark National Rising Star in 2017, and in 2023, she was appointed to the board of directors for Westamerica Bancorporation.
