Alexander Gotti is a Senior Managing Director for Business Development with Newmark Global Corporate Services (GCS), based in Newmark’s New York City headquarters. With over a decade of experience in working for global corporations, he has successfully directed high-value deals and led execution teams for Fortune 500 companies to improve business performance. His responsibilities at Newmark GCS include business development and leading complex real estate projects for Newmark clients.
Gotti has broad and proven expertise in Corporate Finance and Tenant Representation for complex real estate deals. He moved to Newmark from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he served as a Senior Advisor within Consulting & Strategy, part of the Corporate Services division. During his time at BNP, his responsibilities included business development and leading complex real estate projects. He successfully guided clients to lease or acquire more than 2.5 million square feet of space in the Greater Paris area and executed cross-border transactions in Europe and the U.S.
Earlier in his career, Gotti served as Financial Controller for the Africa and Middle East markets for Imperial Brands.
