Alec Newman is a Director with Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance group in Irvine. A core member of Mitch Clarfield’s team since joining Newmark in 2018, Newman has played a pivotal role in the team’s success. Since 2020, the team has originated $8 billion in multifamily loans, demonstrating a consistent track record of success. Notably, over $3.1 billion of this volume has been originated in just the last two years. Newman’s expertise is primarily focused on GSE transactions, specializing in Fannie Mae credit facilities.
