Adam Rudman is an Assistant Vice President in Newmark’s Debt & Structured Finance group, based in the Philadelphia, PA office. He is responsible for the origination, underwriting, and management of multifamily and commercial transactions across a diverse range of capital sources, including life insurance companies, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, regional and national banks, CMBS lenders, and private funds.
Rudman has expertise across both institutional and private markets, operating nationally and regionally, with a focus on serving Greater Philadelphia–area clients and transactions across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions. Since joining Newmark’s Philadelphia Debt & Structured Finance team in 2020, he has played an integral role in structuring more than $6 billion in transactions on behalf of the firm’s clients.
Prior to Newmark, Rudman served as a Senior Analyst at Walker & Dunlop, supporting debt originations in the Philadelphia market. Since 2016, he has also been involved in the management and expansion of his family’s real estate business, overseeing development, acquisitions, property management, and leasing activities.
Rudman resides in downtown Philadelphia with his wife, Ariane, and their son.
