Adam Petrillo, Executive Managing Director in Newmark’s Industrial Advisory Group, is a leader in the firm’s Industrial Advisory Group (IAG).
The IAG is an integrated consulting and brokerage services platform purely focused on enhancing the real estate advisory experience for end-users of, and investors in, industrial and logistics real estate. The group of multi-disciplined advisers is intentionally organized to think “Beyond Where” and live at the intersection of IAG clients’ businesses and where they’re physically operated.
Adam’s 22-year career in advisory services has spanned global industrial and logistics markets. In addition to direct brokerage and consulting experience, he has also served in leadership capacity as the former Head of the Industrial Services Group at Savills, cultivating the growth and expansion of the firm’s industrial platform in the Americas. At Newmark, Adam spearheads the strategic direction of the Industrial Advisory Practice – incorporating IAG’s integrated services across supply chain, logistics, warehouse, distribution and manufacturing real estate and operations with Newmark’s broader Industrial Services platform.
Adam has worked extensively with some of the largest and most prominent industrial companies in the world, including Fortune 500 corporations and global leaders in third-party logistics. Recent client engagements include work with International Paper Corporation, Caleres, Christian Dior Perfumes, Fabuwood, Port Logistics Group, MakeSpace and United Natural Foods Inc.
Before joining Savills in 2006, Adam worked for an international management consulting firm. In developing supply chain and logistics strategies for clients globally, he consulted for some of the world’s most recognized consumer and industrial product manufacturers, distributors and retailers.
