Newmark announces it has arranged three office leases totaling 23,202 square feet, at Class A Christiana Executive Campus in Newark, Delaware. The recent transactions boosted the property’s overall occupancy to 91% and welcomes new tenants Johnson, Miriam & Thompson, Point to Point Wealth Planning and KW Employer.
Newmark Senior Managing Directors Neal Dangello and Wills Elliman serve as the exclusive leasing agents at the property and represented the landlord, Delle Donne & Associates, in the lease negotiations.
An overview of the lease transactions include:
- Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson—a full-service infrastructure consulting firm, expanded its existing footprint to 8,548 square feet at 121 Continental Drive.
- Point to Point Wealth Planning—a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, secured for 8,138 square feet at 200 Continental Drive.
- KW Empower—a leading real estate brokerage focused on building community and economic empowerment, signed 6,516 square feet at 111 Continental Drive.

Christiana Executive Campus includes six Class A buildings located at 111, 121, 131, 200, 220 and 240 Continental Drive, offering a wide range of suite sizes and flexible floor plans. The property also features extensive on-site amenities, including a Nourish Markets café, a state-of-the-art fitness center and access to the Hilton Wilmington, which provides additional meeting space and hospitality options. Additionally, the campus promotes sustainability through green cleaning initiatives, white-reflective roofing, solar panels and energy-efficient lighting.
Strategically positioned less than one mile from I-95 and Route 1, Christiana Executive Campus provides immediate regional connectivity, including 27-minute access to Philadelphia International Airport and a 13-minute drive to downtown Wilmington.
