Newmark Promotes Veteran Tenant Representation Leader Mike Shuler to Vice Chairman

Newmark is pleased to announce the promotion of Tenant Representation specialist Mike Shuler to Vice Chairman. Based in Washington, D.C., Shuler brings more than two decades of experience advising some of the world’s most prominent law firms, corporations and professional services firms on complex real estate strategy and execution.

Throughout his 20-year tenure with Newmark, Shuler has played a key role in the firm’s continued growth and reputation across the Mid-Atlantic and nationally. Known for his deep expertise in the legal sector, Shuler has completed high-profile headquarters and regional office projects around the world for clients such as Davis Polk, Paul Weiss, Cooley LLP, Cleary Gottlieb, Orrick, Venable and Weil Gotshal, among others.
