Newmark announces that its Valuation & Advisory (V&A) practice has launched its Trusts & Estates specialty practice and appointed Philip Jones, CPA, ABV, ASA, CFE, as Senior Managing Director and Practice Leader. The new national service offering delivers comprehensive valuation services for estate and gift tax planning, succession strategies and trust disputes.

A seasoned valuation expert with more than 25 years of experience, Jones joins Newmark from an international real estate firm, where he co-developed the firm’s Trusts & Estates practice. Over the course of his career, he has valued more than a thousand business entities and testified in several high-stakes litigation matters. His expertise strengthens Newmark’s ability to serve high-net-worth individuals, family offices and advisors with precision and confidence.
