Newmark is further expanding its commitment to the German residential investment market, hiring four experienced specialists in Frankfurt. The new additions include Head of Living Capital Markets Frankfurt & Director Theresa Marienfeld, Director Gordon Hembus and Vice Presidents Markus Taylor and Jan Wallerand.
“The fact that we have been able to attract four recognized specialists underlines our ambition in the German market,” said Marcus Lütgering, Country Head Germany at Newmark. “They bring experience, energy and strong networks. Our approach is firmly client-centric, and this team embodies exactly that.”
Theresa Marienfeld spent more than eight years working in capital markets, continuously expanding her expertise in the residential sector. Gordon Hembus has more than six years of experience in the investment sector, and has held various roles in residential investments during his career. Markus Taylor and Jan Wallerand each also bring several years of professional experience in residential investments, working in various functions across brokerage.
Tobias Köhler, Co-Head of Living Capital Markets Germany at Newmark, said: “Frankfurt is one of the most dynamic residential investment markets in Germany. Its proximity to the capital markets leads to high transaction frequency and short decision-making windows. This requires precise data, robust processes and a team that truly understands how to navigate the market on behalf of our clients.”
