Newmark announces it has hired Mark Lodmill, MAI, as Executive Vice President for Valuation & Advisory (V&A), bringing substantial expertise in Multifamily assets, including conventional properties and student housing projects. Based in the Denver office, Lodmill will join the firm’s premier multifamily valuation and advisory practice across the Rocky Mountain states and Seattle—regions that are experiencing rapid growth and increasing demand in the sector – to provide clients with the strategic insights needed to navigate evolving landscapes, optimize investments and capitalize on opportunities in highly competitive markets.

A 28-year corporate real estate veteran, Lodmill’s expertise includes multifamily agency valuations, reviews, market studies, rent analysis, feasibility studies and litigation support. Previous experience encompasses projects across Colorado, Oregon, Wyoming, New Mexico, Washington, Montana, Idaho, Utah and Western South Dakota.
