Newmark announces the Company has arranged a $210 million loan on behalf of 60 Guilders and Sentry Realty to refinance 1375 Broadway, a recently repositioned, 520,000-square-foot office tower located in Manhattan.
Newmark Vice Chairman Nick Scribani, Senior Managing Director Ricky Braha, Associate Director Tim Polglase and Niv Shahmoon secured the financing from Bain.
1375 Broadway has undergone a comprehensive repositioning program, highlighted by the recent delivery of a 6,000-square-foot rooftop terrace offering unobstructed views of Hudson Yards, the Empire State Building and Times Square. Additional upgrades include a redesigned lobby and entrance, refreshed common areas and modern tenant lounges designed to support today’s office users.
The property is strategically located at the nexus of New York City’s most critical transportation infrastructure, with direct access to Penn Station, the Port Authority Bus Terminal, Grand Central Terminal, Metro-North and the Long Island Railroad, positioning it as a highly connected Midtown office destination.
