Description

The subject site comprises three separate railway arches, all accessed via double doors without internal connections. Each arch comprises 1,324sqft / 123sqm (GIA). Within the arches, there are wooden floors and florescent strip lighting, with partial glazing to the front. All the arches are clad lined to the roof and side walls and are serviced by electricity which is controlled through a meter located in one of the arches.

Location

Located in Elephant and Castle, the arches form part of a wider viaduct that runs parallel with Rockingham Street to the east. To the rear each arch has an emergency single-door fire exit that backs onto Rockingham Street.
