Samantha is a Partner within Newmark’s Planning and Development team. As part of large multidisciplinary teams, she provides imaginative and considered town planning advice to optimise outcomes and manage risk for various clients.
Samantha specialises in projects within Central London, focusing on the London Borough of Southwark, Westminster City Council and the City of London. She has a thorough understanding of complex issues within the planning process, with specific experience in providing planning advice and coordinating the submission of planning applications for a wide range of strategic mixed-use and often complex commercial and living sector proposals. Land uses include retail, offices, industrial and hotel, as well as residential and alternative living models such as purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and co-living.
Built on trust and collaboration, Samantha has established strong connections with officers within local planning authorities and the Greater London Authority (GLA). As a result, she provides her clients with a deep understanding of policies, politics, priorities, and stakeholders across Central London.
