Natalie is a Partner in the Planning and Development team, working with developers, investors and occupiers. She has considerable experience advising on and managing the full application process.
Her specialism is in working on complex sites in Central London and project managing the day-to-day planning process to ensure that deadlines are achieved. Natalie has considerable experience in negotiating planning applications and s106 agreements.

- Former Central Saint Martins, London – advised Global Grange Hotels on the redevelopment of a strategically important site in Holborn comprising the redevelopment of the Grade II* Listed Lethaby Building and former Cochrane Theatre to provide a 427-bed hotel, 34 affordable homes, co-working space, cultural and exhibition space and other amenities.
- Camden Town Portfolio – advises LabTech on their Camden Town portfolio and has achieved planning permissions for Hawley Wharf, Stables Market, Camden Lock Market, Buck Street Market and various of their other land holdings.
- The Fitzrovia, London – advised CO-RE and M&G on the redevelopment of 247 Tottenham Court Road to provide upgraded office, retail and residential land uses.
