I joined Gerald Eve in September 2021 as a Senior Building Manager based at a large office building in the City of London.
Prior to this I worked as a Facilities Manager for Helix Property Advisors looking after a portfolio of buildings in central London. I gained Facilities Management experience working with GVA, Cushman and Wakefield and Metrus.
I am experienced in managing a wide range of commercial buildings, with the ability to manage all financial aspects, Health and Safety, Mechanical & Electrical, contractual obligations, multiple contractors and all parts of Facilities Management. I am able to analyse the building requirements, while working closely to meet clients’ aspirations and tenants’ expectations, through good communication and planning, with the ultimate aim to have a well-managed site complying with all associated legislation.

- Arranging for central storage of historic filing records to be centralised on a digital platform
- Introduction of a tenant portal
- Ensuring a new tenants fit out ran smoothly, ensuring co-operation with the various parties involved to make sure the occupation date was achieved
