Liz works within our Property and Asset Management (PAM) team based in our London West End office. She specialises in managing commercial property assets on behalf of landlords in order to enhance property values, maximise rental income and ensure occupier retention.
Liz focuses on providing strategic proactive asset management through the implementation of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears as well as the identification of redevelopment and refurbishment opportunities and wider property management issues. The portfolios currently under her management comprise of a mixture of assets across the UK ranging from retail, industrial, leisure, residential and office properties. Her other work includes dealing with assignments, subletting, applications for alterations, variations to leases and assisting with rent, insurance and service charge collection.
A recent project was the surrender of a lease where the tenant had gone through a restructuring process, and we simultaneously completed a new lease to another gym operator of a superior covenant which significantly improved asset value and enabled the Fund to sell the asset.
