I’m a Facilities Manager on the Pam team (Property & Asset Management) based in the West Midlands. I joined the firm in 2022 and was previously a Facilities Manager at Avison Young. I gained earlier experience working for Millennium Point and Interserve.
I’m responsible for several properties across various clients’ portfolios and I manage the properties service charge on a day-to-day basis, to ensure value for money for tenants and the client. I also uphold the H&S compliance. Regular site inspections, tenant engagement , H&S consultants meetings, assistance with projects, working alongside contractors/suppliers to maintain performance standards and look for innovation/improvements to services.
