Jai is a dual qualified Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Town Planner in the Planning and Development team. He has experience across a range of both planning and development consultancy work and has developed his expertise across various development consultancy services including appraisal modelling, financial viability, valuation, transactional work, strategic development advice, option analysis, and public sector advisory. Jai is also skilled in preparing comprehensive planning appraisals across a variety of commercial, residential and mixed-use sites.
Jai uses his dual expertise to assess key planning considerations and advise on any site constraints and opportunities while also advising how this may impact the development metrics of proposals.
He works extensively with both private and public sector clients across multiple use classes, including residential, student housing, commercial and retail.
