I am a dual qualified Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Town Planner in the Planning and Development team. I have experience across a range of both planning and development consultancy work and have developed my expertise across various development consultancy services including appraisal modelling, financial viability, valuation, transactional work, strategic development advice, option analysis, and public sector advisory. I am also skilled in preparing comprehensive planning appraisals across a variety of commercial, residential and mixed-use sites.
I use my dual expertise to assess key planning considerations and advise on any site constraints and opportunities while also advising how this may impact the development metrics of proposals.
I work extensively with both private and public sector clients across multiple use classes, including residential, student housing, commercial and retail.
