I am a leader in our Planning and Development team based in the West End. I advise on land assembly, valuation and compensation for regeneration and infrastructure projects across the UK.
I act on behalf of authorities in acquiring land either in advance of compulsory purchase or following the service of statutory notices. I am also an expert witness in various settings including public inquiries, compulsory acquisition hearings and references to the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).
