Nicolas Coutant is Managing Director within Newmark’s Capital Markets team in France. He is responsible for developing the Capital Markets team (offices, retail, living & care). In this role, he acts as a liaison between the Paris team and Newmark’s international network, facilitating exchanges between France and the world’s major markets.
With extensive experience and solid expertise in the real estate sector, Nicolas has a keen understanding and ability to anticipate the dynamics of the Parisian market, enabling him to serve the interests of investors with panache. His proven experience in the complex landscape of real estate investment and leasing in one of the world’s most dynamic markets places him at the forefront of the industry, contributing significantly to Newmark and the real estate sector in general.
Prior to joining Newmark, Nicolas was Senior Director of Office Investment Transactions in JLL’s Capital Markets department. He previously held the positions of International Associate and Key Account Manager at Cushman & Wakefield’s office agency.
