Malo Lacroix is a Director in the Retail Capital Markets team at Newmark in France. With a strong background in real estate, he brings extensive experience and specialist expertise, particularly in retail investment and leasing.
Before joining Newmark, Malo honed his skills at Knight Frank France, where he spent five years in the Retail Capital Markets department. During this period, he played a key role in the sale of shopping centres, retail parks and city centre retail space. Prior to this, Malo worked for four years as a Sales Manager at Klépierre, where he managed several shopping centres, including the vast 135,000 m² Belle Épine shopping centre in Thiais.
Throughout his career, Malo has achieved a number of milestones, including the sale of Carré Sénart Shopping Parc for URW in 2022, valued at approximately £115 million, the O’Parinor shopping centre for Hammerson & Patrizia in 2023, valued at approximately €200 million, and the Promenade de Flandres Retail Park for CEETRUS in 2024, valued at approximately €115 million.
Education
Malo holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Management from KEDGE Business School, giving him a solid understanding of financial principles and management strategies.
