Before joining Newmark, David held key positions at leading companies in the sector. He was Director of Research at Knight Frank France, where he played a key role in developing the company’s research programme and provided valuable insights into commercial property markets. Previously, he held senior research positions at Crédit Foncier Immobilier and Cushman & Wakefield France, where he demonstrated his expertise in analysing commercial property trends and advising clients on strategic decisions.
Education
David holds a DEA (postgraduate diploma) in urban planning from the Institut Français d’Urb.
