The challenges resulting from COVID-19 are escalating, and landlords of all types are among those most affected. The need to get back to work as we transition from sheltering in place at home to social distancing back in the workplace has many unsure of how buildings will be managed, at least for a while. Additionally, as buildings prepare to come back online, landlords and tenants will have to work together to address the anxiety of the occupants, the safety protocols required, and dynamically adapt to the continually-changing status of the pandemic.
