William Bolen joined Newmark Zimmer in 2020 and currently serves as an associate in the company’s Kansas City, Missouri, office. He focuses on the sales and leasing of office properties.
Prior to joining Newmark Zimmer, William served as a development associate for Kansas City based developer, Price Development Group, where he spearheaded a multi-family development in Houston, TX. He began his career in the banking industry, first working for Bank of Prairie Village as Assistant VP of Lending, where he provided debt for commercial properties throughout the Kansas City Metropolitan area.
