Tre Bourdeaux currently serves as an industrial associate on the Peterson industrial team in the Salt Lake City office of Newmark. Tre’s area of focus is in 5,000 to 150,000 square foot industrial real estate, specifically in Salt Lake, Weber, Davis and Utah Counties. He represents landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers. Mr. Bourdeaux also focuses on the sale and lease of build-to suit developments involving manufacturing plants, distribution warehouses, R&D facilities and other light industrial property types.
Mr. Bourdeaux joined Newmark in 2018 after receiving his economics degree from the University of Utah. The success he has achieved so far in his career has earned him the respect of small businesses and start-up clients and the entire brokerage community. He is highly knowledgeable about real estate research, sales and marketing, while his exceptional interpersonal skills and analyzed strategic planning have allowed him to find leads and guide them through the process of becoming successful transactions. Mr. Bourdeaux is dedicated to his clients’ interests and meeting their various needs, which are becoming harder to satisfy in Utah’s real estate market. He brings to the firm an understanding of diverse cultures and a great number of connections, including many of Utah’s key decision makers.
