Travis Wilson joined Newmark in 2009 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the company’s San Francisco office. A 13- year corporate real estate veteran, Travis has substantial expertise in office tenant and agency representation and high technology sectors. He also represents tenants from a broad range of industries including financial, fashion, legal, insurance, healthcare, not-for-profit, education and creative. Mr. Wilson has completed well over 100 transactions in excess of $100 million.
In addition, Mr. Wilson is licensed in the State of New York where he served as Managing Director for the Lower Manhattan office and continues to work in unison with Newmark’s Global Corporate Services to provide lease negotiations, strategic planning, financial due diligence and cost reduction strategies to multinational corporations.
