At Newmark, he specializes in project leasing, tenant representation and investment sales as well as distressed asset valuation and disposition. Mr. King has completed more than 400 sale and lease transactions with an aggregate size of 5 million square feet. In addition, he has exclusively represented more than 5.5 million square feet of office and industrial space, including some of the Philadelphia area’s most prestigious office buildings. Mr. King’s experience includes asset valuation, financial analysis, sale and lease negotiations, loan origination through CCRE, tenant relocation, corporate services and CRE strategic planning and strategy implementation.
