Taryn Talmadge

Taryn Talmadge is an Associate Director in the firm’s New York office. She specializes in both landlord and tenant representation. Talmadge joined Newmark in 2019, when parent company Newmark Group, Inc. acquired RKF. She began her career with RKF in 2011. Talmadge has marketed retail space on behalf of an impressive roster of ownership clients, including Texwood Investments, Silverstein Properties, Joy Construction, Alfieri, Extell Development and United American Land. She has also worked with retailers, including Tesla, Peloton, Club Monaco, Ralph Lauren, Theory, Helmut Lang, Dita, IRO, Tomorrowland, Want les Essentiels de la Vie, Koio, A.L.C., Jenni Kayne, The Westside, Exhale Fitness and Club Pilates. Talmadge has assisted such retailers with their real estate requirements in Manhattan as well as other national markets including Greenwich CT, Aspen CO, Los Angeles CA, Dallas TX, Miami FL and more. She has also executed seven leases for Fedex Office throughout Manhattan.

Prior to joining the firm, Talmadge was an Associate with RHYS Commercial in Stamford, CT where she was part of a team specializing in landlord and tenant representation in the Fairfield area. Previously, she worked as a Retail and Marketing Intern for TSE Cashmere. Talmadge earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Anthropology from Hamilton College. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the states of New York, Connecticut and Colorado.
