Tamara (Tammy) Kochheiser is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner supporting Newmark Global Corporate Services. She is a seasoned HR professional with 20 years’ experience as a business advisor and consultant, working across several industry sectors including: manufacturing, distribution, retail, facility services, IT and financial services. Kochheiser has proven expertise in contract negotiations, vendor management, mergers & acquisitions, workforce development, succession planning, data analysis, and reorganization efforts.
Prior to joining Newmark in 2022, Kochheiser served as Regional HR Director for Yellowstone Landscape, providing leadership to a team of HR professionals supporting 1,500 employees, overseeing people strategies, recruitment and talent plans, HR processes and vendor management for benefits programs. Under her stewardship, she orchestrated hiring strategies to support a 20% growth plan and developed a paperless workplace for the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Kochheiser spent her early career working as a HR business partner in the financial services sector including for firms including J.P. Morgan Chase and Citigroup, where she supported managers and employees with a broad range of services including performance management, issue resolution and advising on HR policy interpretation.
